Melanie Notkin came up with this fantastic idea to have a day celebrating Aunts whether by relation (known as ABR) or by choice (known as ABC) or Godmothers.
I happen to be a Aunt by choice to a dear friend of mine’s two young children.
Melanie says there is so much advice, and help for parents, but very little for Aunts /Godparents and so on. So she decided to start a website – www.savvyauntie.com
A place to meet fellow Aunts, swap advice, make new friends, with suggestions and ideas…
